If you’re a high school or homeschooled senior, current college student, early college senior, or nontraditional student, the Community Foundation for Oceana County (CFOC) may have a scholarship for you. We manage the largest scholarship program in our area, with $230,656 committed to 108 new and 90 renewing students in 2017.
